Saturday morning Park training in Northcote

8.00 am Strength and Conditioning hour

For those with some experience, or are just ready to get some serious conditioning in! Small group training that will give you a full body workout every time! The benefit of Coach experience is that exercises and weights can be tailored for each participant. BYO mat.

9.30 am Strength and Conditioning for beginners and rehab participants

You can still expect to be challenged and get a full body workout in this hour, ropes and slam balls included ! BYO mat.

Learn to Lift Beginner 6 week program @ Your Time Starts Now

Come and Learn to Lift. Small group, supportive and informative setting. Learn the essentials to moving well in an individualised program based on your needs. Programming for additional days included. Contact YTSN - Health in Strength  for more details and to register your interest.
